What Is DiSC?

 

DiSC is a behavioral assessment tool based on the behavior theory of psychologist, Dr. William Moulton Marston of Columbia University. This model of human behavior identifies 4 behavior traits: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness (DISC).
